The F Model is a multifunctional steering wheel.

Safety is always in the forefront of all MPI products. The inner structure has been engineered to deform under elevated impacts, absorbing the load and reducing the effect on the drivers upper body, offering an engineered safety advantage. The inner foam injection has been developed to have the highest vibration absorption rate in the industry. The special oval shaped grip and extreme thumb inserts make the holding of the wheel a natural feel for the driver. The new aluminum structure features a unibody with no horn button for increase rigidity and durability.

3 different sizes (12, 13, and 14”) with 2 different covering materials, Suede and Pixel that both feature the MPI Orange™ center marker, are offered. The selected suede covering and its parallel MPI Orange™ hand stitched finish, give a very high grip feel, reducing the effort needed to hold the wheel while increasing driver feeling and giving a sporty look. It is a preferred material for track and tuning use. The Pixel (PX) covering is an extreme weather, washable material and its MPI Orange™ crossed stitching is a preferred material for outdoor and off-road usage.

Each wheel is individually serial numbered for traceability and comes complete with the MPI love and attention to detail.

The MP is the model that launched Max Papis Inc. It is the lightest stock car steel wheel on the market, comes in 4 different sizes (13”,14”, 15”, 16”), 2 different grip thickness (O and OE), and incorporates the MPI Safety™ u-channel and double rivets technology.

Two grip shapes are offered: O and OE. The O version has a more rounded style grip with a consistent radius around the wheel, making it feel slightly thicker. It is the preferred choice for drivers that tend to move their hands on the wheel. The OE version is a more oval shaped grip with pronounced thumb inserts that feel slightly thinner, promoting a firmer grip. This is the preferred choice for drivers that keep a consistent hand position on the wheel.

The selected suede covering and its hand stitched finish, give a very high grip feel, reducing the effort needed to hold the wheel while increasing driver feeling. The MPI Orange™ marker helps both driver and crew chief get a visual reference of the steering wheel position.

Each wheel is individually serial numbered for traceability and comes complete with the MPI love, attention to detail, and a super light center pad for added driver protection.

The new aluminum D shaped structure features a unibody with no horn button for increase rigidity and durability and a flat bottom for extra leg room and easy exit adding a sporty look to the unit.

2 different covering materials, Suede and Pixel that both feature the MPI Orange™ center marker, are offered. The selected suede covering and its parallel MPI Orange™ hand stitched finish, give a very high grip feel, reducing the effort needed to hold the wheel while increasing driver feeling and giving a sporty look. It is a preferred material for track and tuning use. The full black version features black suede, black stitching, and black MPI marker giving the evergreen “NERO” look suitable for any vehicle color combination.
