INDIANAPOLIS – The PRI Hoosier 500 is proud to announce MPI as an official partner of the 2025 race, in addition to a special prize giveaway for this yearβs event.Β
Bolstering an extensive prize package for winning the PRI Hoosier 500 on Sunday, December 14, MPI will donate one of its professional-grade steering wheels to the race winner.Β

MPI was founded in 2009 by Max and Tatiana Papis. Based in Mooresville, North Carolina, MPI has become a leading name in the professional steering wheel category. The wheel which will be presented to the 2025 PRI Hoosier 500 race winner is the SIMMAX GT, a 323 millimeter wheel with an alcantara cover, iconic MPI orange stitching and stripe, and a universal hole pattern for application to nearly any sim racing hub. It has a retail value of $268.Β

The PRI Hoosier 500 was created in 2019 in an effort to personalize Indianapolisβ Memorial Day classic into a virtual β500β for sim racing competitors – complete with authenticity that positions the event firmly as the Worldβs Greatest Sim Race.
